The IISOH is a Pennsylvania non-profit educational, literary and research corporation
under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code and is organized to operate
a Library and Museum for the History of Sport, Physical Education, Recreation,
Dance, Sport in Art and the Olympic Games.

All donations over $25.00 receive Lifetime recognition on our website.
All donations over $250.00 will receive additional recognition such as engraved bricks,
plaques, etc., in accordance with the approval of the Board of Directors.

If you would like to consider a linked page for a donation IN HONOR OF or IN MEMORY OF we will design a nice page for a lifetime legacy at our website. You may send us biographical details and up to six (6) photographs that will be on the page. The page will become a permanent part of the IISOH web site.

4(c)..... $250.00 donation for a Paver Brick
When we build our facility we plan outdoor pathways, statue gardens, playgrounds, and an outdoor cafe. You can have a brick engraved with your name and this brick will be placed in an area of your choice.

Donor names a room in the library or museum, ie: reading rooms, research rooms, subject collection rooms, etc.

Donor endows a subject area of their choice, such as Baseball or Football and can name the endowment such as: John & Jane Doe Endowment for Fencing. The name can honor or memorialize and person or event.

The donor gets perpetual naming rights for their generosity, subject to final approval of the Board of Directors.


NOTE: We prefer not to take take credit cards in order to save on the high bank fees (5%).
Bank account details will be sent upon request, however our bank charges $18.00 for deposits made via Bank Transfer/Wires.
We currently bank with First National Bank of Pennsylvania but plan to open accounts in several more Pennsylvania banks in 2013.

We give formal written acknowledgement for all donations in excess of $250 as required by the Internal Revenue Service.
